Bob McGuire

Bob McGuire is a partner and founder of Tail End Capital Partners. He is responsible for sourcing investments directly from sponsors, particularly independent sponsors. Bob brings over forty years of private equity experience to Tail End. Before Tail End, Bob co-founded two independent sponsor firms: North Park Capital in 2016 and 3 Rivers Capital in 2005. Before 2005, Bob spent over 25 years working for major financial institutions, including Bank of America, GE Capital, and JP Morgan, leading leveraged lending transactions.
