Nicki Garletts

Nicki Garletts joined Tail End Capital Partners in December 2024 as the Controller. She supports the investment teams, the firm's portfolio companies, and is responsible for the accounting and day-to-day financial management of the Fund.

Prior to joining Tail End, Nicki spent 15 years at PNC, nine of which were in PNC Capital Finance as Finance Manager for the Private Equity line of business. At PNC, she was responsible for conducting the quarterly valuation process for two of PNC’s Private Equity divisions totaling approximately $1.5 billion over 45 portfolio companies. Her responsibilities also included creating an annual budget and strategic plan, P&L reporting, and audit and SEC compliance. 

Nicki holds a B.S. in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh – Johnstown and a MAcc from Chatham University.
